Booking and Payment:

A. By booking our emergency driving test service through testdaycarhire.co.uk, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

B. All booking requests must be made through our website or by contacting our customer support team.

C. Payment for the driving lessons must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon. 

Lesson Cancellation and Rescheduling:

A.  Cancellation or rescheduling of driving lessons must be done at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled driving test or lesson.

B.  Failure to provide sufficient notice for cancellation or rescheduling may result in the forfeiture of the driving test/ lesson fee.

C. Testdaycarhire.co.uk cannot be held responsible in the event off any tests being cancelled by the DVSA, car break down, bad weather or examiner not available. We will only refund your deposit if we cannot allocate you a diving instructor. Refunds may take up to 5-10 working days.

Eligibility and Requirements:

A. The emergency driving test service offered by testdaycarhire.co.uk is available to individuals who meet the legal requirements for taking a driving test in the UK. Also must be able to read a number plate from 20 metres.

B. It is the responsibility of the student to possess a valid UK provisionals license, as required by DVSA, before booking our services.

C. Students must arrive at the designated meeting point on time and provide any necessary identification or documentation requested by our instructors.

Instructor’s Discretion:

A. Testday.co.uk instructors have the right to refuse or discontinue lessons if they deem the student to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if they believe the student’s behaviour poses a risk to their safety or the safety of others.

B. Instructors may terminate a lesson early if they consider the student to be unprepared or unsafe to continue driving.


Liability and Insurance:

A. While Testdaycarhire.co.uk takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of students during the driving lessons, tests, students acknowledge that driving carries inherent risks, and testdaycarhire.co.uk is not liable for any accidents, damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during the lessons.

B. Students are strongly advised to have personal insurance coverage to protect themselves and their belongings during the lessons and tests.
